PERANCANGAN RODA GIGI HELIX PADA RODA GARDAN MOTOR HONDA VARIO 110 CC

Semakin berjalannya waktu, teknologi didunia maupun di Indonesia semakin berkembang pesat, sehingga program pendidikan perguruan tinggi dikembangkan sebagai tempat pemeliharaan, penelitian, dan pengembangan . Salah satu kendaraan yang sering kita jumpai jalan raya yaitu sepeda motor. Sepeda motor merupakan terdiri dari berbagai macam komponen digabungkan, terdapat disepeda saling mendukung terpadu berfungsi sebagaimana mustinya. Penelitian ini akan menghitung suatu bermotor Honda Vario 110cc. Rumusan masalah dalam penelitian bagaimana prinsip kerja serta fungsi sebuah roda gigi elemen mesin perhitungan mesin. Komponen dihitung adalah miring bagian garda. Dengan Menggunakan data dimiliki maka dilakukan analisis, berdasarkan hasil persamaan lewis menggunakan metode hit and trial didapat nilai modul 1 = 9,5 mm 2 10 mm. Beban nominal diperoleh 9409 N/mm2dan beban efektif sebesar 3640 N/mm2. Dari diatas kemudian umur perjam pada 0,000047 0,001766 perjam.
